Teaching Activities
ME 5984 Stochastic Processes
This course is aimed at introducing the state-of-the-art of the autonomous robots and instructing the fundamental theory and applications of stochastic robotics. The course also gives opportunities to learn programming and complete projects. The course handles theory of probability, recursive Bayesian estimation, multi-data sensor fusion, probabilistic motion and sensor models, grid-based/element-based methods, Kalman/information filters, particle filters, belief-driven control and cooperative control.
