Abstract Submission:
Abstract sumbission should be done online here. There is no registration fee to attend the meeting. You will need to submit the title, author list, abstract, and any special requests by October 27. The abstract should follow the APS DFD guidelines and have less than 1300 characters. The number of symposium presentations will be limited by the available time. If necessary, selection of speakers will be made with preference given to those who will be presenting at the the APS DFD meeting. Please contact Mark Paul with any questions.
Presentation Format:
We ask that all presentations follow the format of the APS DFD meeting, a 10 minute presentation followed by a 2 minute question-and-answer period. One minute will be reserved for transition between speakers. Electronic presentations are encouraged. Speakers can use their own laptop or bring a PDF copy of their presentation on a USB flash drive. Speakers can also email a PDF copy of their presention to Mark Paul by November 7.

The Fall Fluid Mechanics Symposium will be held at The Inn at Virginia Tech. For on campus location see this map. Coffee and light refreshments will be included throughout the day and lunch will not be included.
