Dr. Hegazy is a visiting scholar (postdoctoral) in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Virginia Tech. He is working at Center for Vehicle Systems and Safety with Dr. Corina Sandu in the area of vehicle dynamic performance and vehicle rollover protection. Dr. Hegazy received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Bradford University, UK in 2000. He is an associate professor in Military Technical College, Cairo, Egypt.
