Carmine Senatore was born and raised in Italy. He ernead his B.S. In mechanical engineering at Politecnico di Milano in 2004 and there after he moved to Virginia Tech.

Since then he is enrolled in the Engineering Science and Mechanics department working on his Ph.D. in engineering mechanics. He is currently working under the supervision of Dr. Shane Ross from ESM and Corina Sandu from ME department.

His research interests are in the field of dynamical systems, control theories, image processing, off road vehicle fuel efficency, tire dynamics.
