Hyun obtained his Bachelors degree in Aerospace Automation and Mechanical Engineering from Inha University, Korea in 2003. And he had researched Biomechanics, specifically �Spine Stability� and got the M.S degree in the Biomedical Engineering at Virginia Tech in 2007. He joined the CVeSS in July 2008 and currently is studying Locomotive friction and vibration between wheel and rail.
